About the Ministry of Serving
HELPS stands for:
- H – Having
- E – Enough
- L – Loving
- P – People
- S – Serving
The Ministry of Serving exists to provide opportunities for members to actively serve God and others in practical ways, using their gifts, skills, and talents.
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” — 1 Peter 4:10

Opportunities to serve are available in the following areas:
- Bookstore
- Children’s Ministry
- Media
- Security
- Slides/Presentation
- Sound/Technical
- Ushers
- Protocol
- Choir
- Video Coverage
How to Serve:
If you are an official member and wish to serve, we invite you to download and complete the Ministry of Serving Application Form. Submit it at the Info Desk or email it to faithinchristmin@gmail.com.
Special Gifts Welcome:
If you feel called to serve in a capacity not listed, or have a special gift to contribute, we encourage you to let us know.
